Monaco is proud to mark the semiquincentennial – 250 years since the Signing of the United States’ Declaration of Independence – by celebrating the festivities arranged by the America250 Commission. 

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on April 28, 2026, by Commission Chair, the Honorable Rosie Rios and Ambassador Maguy Maccario Doyle at the Ambassador’s residence – the former home of the 29th President of the United States, Warren G. Harding – linking history, diplomacy and shared democratic values.
