Culinary and cultural activities will be the focus of this week-long series of events from November 19–25, as Monaco celebrates the Tricentennial of New Orleans and honors its historical connections, most notably as the birthplace and hometown of the first American-born Princess of Monaco, Marie-Alice Heine (pictured above), born on February 10, 1857.
