Culinary and cultural activities will be the focus of this week-long series of events from November 19th – 25th, as Monaco celebrates the Tricentennial of New Orleans and honors its historical connections, most notably as the birthplace and hometown of the first American-born Princess of Monaco, Marie-Alice Heine, born on February 10th, 1857:
